Add a 50$ late fee that’s hopefully outlined in the lease and for good measure put a post it note slapped on the notice of the door too ..thanking them for the extra 50 bucks and how you’ll likely just spend it frivolously on something like cigarettes and beer for Christmas

McMinamins also has a small dining room in the main pub called "the smoke room" where there is not a minimum order requirement, but there is a strict 20 person max due to the firecode, so if 25 people show up we would have to turn the last 5 away which really sucks considering that some people are traveling far to attend.
