Hey guys,Since I don't live out in the area, and I'm new to the country, I thought I'd try and tap the knowledge base here on BP.I have the opportunity to buy a house in Banning, CA.

Why the outright ban?

Be aware that in the past all LL products contained ortho pthalates plasticizers which were banned in 2010 from children's toys for their connection to Autism.

Asheville also has mostly banned STRs within city limits (homestay only, but there are a few exceptions), but the surrounding areas are mostly STR-friendly. 

If you want a destop application - then C++ or .netAlso keep in mind that - you also need to use proxies so you won't get banned But once you do it for one website , the process is essentially the same...

However, I bought a piece of land about 4 acre in my hometown about 20 years ago ( my home is about 3 kilometer from the public beach ( ban chang  district ) lihttps://earth.google.com/web/@12.7378461,101.04562...nk for google earth  . 

In the City of Naples, they've explicitly stated many times that they support the county's decision on the STR ban.

.”, it doesn’t sound good for STR’s....they’re not even saying the ban itself is unlawful.

I HATE friggin facebook because they keep banning people for no stinking reason and there is NOTHING you can do about it because they have monopoly!

My understanding is that they either have banned or are going to ban short term rentals.
