Just curious but is there a reason why you couldn't hold the wedding at a family member's house, church, etc. and do it for the cost of basically some flowers and catering?

They celebrated his sons birthday, and Christmas at our house (without the hotel staff bugging them, nor the awesome bleach-y hotel smell). 

Flower beds should have fresh lively plants with mulch or decorative rock.

The house is on a 1/3 acre lot which isn't square since it's at the end of a cul-de-sac, so there is a lot of lawn perimeter with flower beds next to the fence. 

A lot of the northern suburbs (Plano, Frisco, Richardson, Carrollton, Lewisville, Flower Mound, etc) have lots of 3/2 starter homes.  

Now I live in Central PA, so my company specializes in putting out-of-state investors together with huge cash flowers in the area and getting the investor set up with our team (property manager, realtor, attorney, etc.) so that it becomes a turn key process.

Service includes mowing, trimming, blowing, bushes and shrubs as well as maintaining the flower beds.

But maybe a nice bouquet of flowers if it's a women, for instance, or a gift card to a restaurant, like mentioned, or a box of nice chocolate and such.
