If they just wanted to residual income they would simply continue to rent out the property. 

Once you get off, its hard to correct and you can see cracks and that adhesive strip really shows through the gaps.  

Would you agree, I should do this only if I have extra residual income of $1400 month?

I am looking at the properties for long term residual income, so I am not in a rush.

I want to learn non-stop and build a portfolio of long term residuals and immediate cashflow with the correct strategies.

My personal goal is just net residual income of 3k by 35.
