Hi Alan A native from Ventura myself, I invested in the Phoenix area.

I am weighing my options and it seems like a B class neighborhood is a solid way to start on my investment journey.To the Philly natives/residents or other investors, what are some B class neighborhoods you would recommend I check out in the city or outside of it?

No [native] data sharing, a code base based on Cobol and Visual Basic (I wish I was kidding), and zero interest in the platform from the company that owns it.

The price here is more competitive than CA and will make positive cashflow for you, plus the fact that you are native from OK :)

So I’m starting all over again in my native NYC.

Key here is that their language skills have to be great so would need a native English speaker. 

As a native of Phoenix, I would imagine a very similar scenario as it was one of the top appreciating cities in the country this past year.

I moved out here to join the team at a fun local startup called TurboTenant and I'm pretty excited - to quote a bumpersticker from my commute this morning: "I'm not a native... but I got here as fast as I could" I would love hellos, hiking ideas, FOCO house hunting advice, knock-knock jokes and lots of BiggerPockets tips if you have any to spare.

Those are the young(er) folks driving up in-city prices because what's an unaffordable home to a native resident is 50% of the cost of a home in NJ or MD.
