Some will be familiar with the Walmart payment options or PayPal, and others have never written a check, but may be willing to learn money orders.  

You aren't there to get into fisticuffs with anyone, just see if your rent is ready.And although I carry in some circumstances, eg going to Walmart, but what is the gun really for if it comes out?

It is like saying dumb people shouldn't be allowed in Walmart or McDonalds.Tenants like this can be managed, but it takes patience and firm policies.

You can't steal from Wal-Mart, but you can take my rent money or damage my property and I have no real recourse.

Like the people who bring an iguana to Wal-Mart claiming it's a service animal.There also isn't really any required paperwork for service animals either.

If you don't like Walmart, don't shop there.  

I use Medici grey from Walmart for the walls and Nova White from Walmart (Glidden Complete 2 in 1 primer stain blocking) on the trim.

I often wonder if it's worth it to have exceptional customer service / rewards for tenants, or if you'll get stepped on.Example: Anyone who pays rent on time for an entire year and renews the lease is gifted a $100 walmart giftcard (I wouldn't advertise that though, just a ''surprise'' reward)

The tenants either pay on line or with a cash pay card which they take to the local Wal Mart scan the card and can pay with cash or debit card.
