We a had that discussion.Our system is messed up, Republicans want to talk about food stamps and milk programs for babies and the Dems are yelling about the welfare to Exon!

I generally do not charge them anything unless the carpet needs to be replaced or something other than pet damage.Whatever your PM says in their contract is what they will charge and unless it specifically states something about non-refundable deposits/fees then they will try to skim their percentage off of it.  

They use the normal collection cycle to milk you out of a couple grand and then they are on to the next one.

Part of the deal is a long-term partnering arrangement involving sweat equity and volunteer work to help other people buy a home.I grew up in rural Upstate New York and my parents were members of the local milk producers cooperative (which as a kid I knew as the "milk station" and "feed store").

They can just skim the payment off of the top. 

Quick update on this project:All exterior doors and windows now installed, interior doors hung, floors floated for leveling, drywall and skim coat complete.

Many landlords in that area just milk those properties dry with cash flow and deferred maintenance. 

I need funds now and this land is a cash cow sitting there for years and ready to be milked, so i can create my homestead vision.

@ Rich Harmon, I went to actually check out that link, and we see its a protest by the lying fauxahontas Elizabeth Warren, who milked the Indian background to get preferential treatment, despite not being a citizen of the Cherokee Nation, or enrolled in the Eastern Band, or is not one of the United Keetoowah Bands of Cherokee.
