Only issue I see (I am huge into data for my day job so I run numbers on cities on a regular basis) is that there has been population decrease in last 5 years.

If I purchase this cabin, I want to do a complete update which would require parting with most of the furniture, so I have a few questions:1.How do new owners remove large and numerous items from a cabin if you are remote?  

It's also about your ability to access the Sponsor's financial and managerial documents on the go so you can control and check what is happening regularly.

I doubt you will have any issue renting it above what a regular multi-family would rent for.  

Figure out a strategy then go from there, update us when you have your criteria narrowed down.

One friend raised rents from $1,075 to $1,600 in two years without any cosmetic updates on a 3 bed 2.5 bath in Liberty.

My family does regular checks and some of the neighbors send me pictures. 

Start one now and update it every 6 months.
