As an operator selling goods & services on the site a PRO account is an absolute necessity for me.The ability to advertise in the marketplace as well as being able to put a video on my profile and send out a large number of colleague requests.If you have nothing to sell it still has some great advantages but would not be an absolute necessity.

@Darren NicholsWe trade in one of life's basic necessities, so "leads" is a very broad term.

Non-performing assets severely restrict the amount a bank can lend, so to repo a property for anything other than the absolute necessity of foreclosure is shortsighted and counterproductive.

We are trying to keep our costs as low as possible out of necessity and business relationships are important to us.  

Some are out of necessity, because of damage, and/ or wear - and - tear, while others, are for cosmetic, and/ or taste - related reasons!

We are strongly considering moving from oklahoma to Maui (big jump I know)  the thought of househack has been on our minds not a necessity but a welcomed idea .

Many people who live in expensive markets don't have much of a choice, so OOS becomes a necessity.
