Both the fat overhead wire(200 amp) and the wire to your TV(20 amp) can fry someone easily.

Sadly between family and my primary job I let Real Estate go to the back burner so I quit growing for a while and lost focus on getting an LLC setup. 

I think if I could get the property for $20k (lol, fat chance) it would be worth it.
