This was my first ever investment and I've learned a ton - school of hard knocks enrolled me without me planning to enroll. :)

Well as I set and pounder this question, what comes to mine is.One I'm enrolling in a class this January to get my Realtors license.

I enrolled in BNB Investor Academy with high hopes of gaining in-depth knowledge and skills in managing short-term rental properties.

That being said, Boston (and MA) as a whole has traditionally lagged far behind demand, so even with an influx of property, I don't think it's going to soften the rental market much.Lots of people want to live here, lots of people want to move here, and with the colleges and universities constantly looking to expand their enrollment, I really don't see how it doesn't change the upward pressure / momentum on rental rates and real estate prices anytime soon.

We recently enrolled in some real estate courses to learn more about the industry, obtain our licenses, and become true Real Estate Pros. 

I'm new to real estate investing (currently enrolled in the BP rookie bootcamp) and I've got my eye on a property.

Sometimes the only way you know this is by talking to parents who have children enrolled there.

There are also lots of young families moving in-- enrollment in elementary and high schools is growing. 

Is it better to physically enroll in a class or are the online classes just as effective? 

Positives: -Vincennes University: The school runs undergraduate enrollment of about 18,000.
