i am not responsible for the people who cannot afford the rent. the govt needs to create the economy where most people can do well. and its the job of govt officials to protect our liberties. they have more allegiance to WEF and klaus schwab instead who is openly bragging about "penetrating the government". this is unreal. tomorrow they will institute tax or fees because your house is too big for you to live in and instead it will be owned by some corporation that own the government agency and you will have to share it with 5 other strangers. standup to tyranny and remove these "officials". what if i want to make Buckingham palace available to me because i want to enjoy living in it and it is a discrimination against my income and class status that i cannot live there. this is absurdity.

The issue I see is your loan officer doesn't have a crystal ball and neither do I, but it's bad advice to give to tell you to just refinance in a year.
