I attend a Rich Dad Educational workshop on yesterday and I had an awakening moment🤔.

Couple of weeks back i went to a "workshop" for home buyers who want to buy or stay in the areas/neighborhoods you mention, There were over 5,000 people there because they are getting priced out and cannot afford to live in their neighborhoods anymore.

I attended the free workshop with a friend.

On Sunday I plan on attending the STR workshop, Padre game organized by @Mike Gordon, the BP Conference party. 

I think to pay foranything (mentor, workshop, course, “master-mind,” education,etc.) boils down to paying for speed.

I am pretty pisst off at some real estate workshops/events I have gone to in NYC.

We built a cabin on our land that was supposed to be my workshop, then were forced to move into it due to a job loss - but it's not our "main" home.

@Jeff Greenberg  was not a % it was total amount of folks  so maybe 10 % or lessso in a room with 300 to 400 people that is 200 buying units its usually couples  so 20 couples max will do something with it.. with probably 10 doing extremely well.I work with these folks and have since this guru workshop started.. its not conjecture..

He also continually offers workshops, JV options and funding options too.
