My wife and I recently closed on a STR property in the Baraboo area and want to ensure we are doing everything the legal way.

I think that we are in a "What can you do that is really hard?"

Also its work they asked for and was something that was a very big complaint when we did a walk through before we bought the property and we are following through with it so i don't understand the resistance.

So we are still holding the property and renting out for a few years and we'll see when the right time to exit will be.

Usually we are busy with onboarding investors into management, but this has also slowed.
