Sold my lot in Skan village for 45k yesterday with a tear down house on it.

Talac Village seems to have appreciated quite a bit, which is just one neighborhood over.

So I have a bedroom I am trying to rent out and I have been getting emails from a woman that claims to be in a remote fishing village in Alaska right now and is moving to Austin.

They were  not slumlords and were well thought of   in the local village in which our park is located. 

My homes in The Villages, Florida for December is  75% occupancy at this point

The immediate neighbor, within olfactory distance, has complained but to no avail, so I guess the village is not too concerned.

Detroit has Beverly Hills type homes less than 100 feet from total dumps (Indian Village) I've not seen that elsewhere.The street and the neighbors make a big difference in the viability of your investment.
