Investing Near Kansas City Universities
Hello everyone, i'm looking into investing near University of Missouri and Rockhurst off Paseo Blvd in zip code 64110. Does anyone have any experiences with this market or can make an suggestion as to the viability of this location for student / family / other types of rentals. Thanks.

My nephews attended rockhurst and UMKC and never locked their cars, locked cars invited broken windows to get to the stero system that had been stolen, ulocked cars could let people get in to see there was nothing in the car of value.
They lived in campus housing that had locked and gate grounds.
To invest in that area, I highly recommend west of Troost - more like Plaza, Brookside and Waldo areas which are more into 64114.
@Andrew Syrios knows that area well.
