I wouldn't worry too much anywhere along the front range personally, Think most areas are relatively safe due to it being Colorado and the expansion of the public transport that is to connect all the front range cities.

We'll probably need oil for other things beyond 50-60 years like making plastics, fertilizers, electronics, transportation (not just cars but ships, planes etc. that can't be converted to electric as easily), tires, monster trucks, etc. if we run out before we have developed alternatives for everything we use oil and gas for, we'll have big problems.
