You do not hear these folks being 'named' in the news reports ... unless it's a remark about how they cooperated with authorities during the investigation.We make it unmistakably clear to our tenants that we are capable of monitoring network traffic to/from each individual unit in the building and will cooperate with authorities if requested.

Or in today;s market you could go negotiate hard with a hotel or several hotels to give you 30-60-90 days residency at significantly reduced rates...since they're super low occupancy.Have your agent market with some remarks that you want 30-60 days lease back, but are flexible. 

Remarking with absolute total respect for those of you (most of you) who have degrees in and professional experience as an engineer.

The way our economy has absorbed the trillions dumped into over the past 13 years is remarkable, in my opinion.

The success stories we have read are truly remarkable, but the unsuccessful horror stories seem to be just as important.

Another remarkable fact is that there is no new construction available in the Greater Milwaukee area for under $300,000.

Of course, the returns are generally a lot lower, but they are also more predictable.It’s a remarkably easy business to learn, and though we too have stories, this side of it is also relatively safe and time efficient, if that’s important to you.
