For me living in Seattle, itwas cheaper, easier, and quicker to travel to AZ.

I have a property that I am trying to sell, but also currently traveling and especially in Thailand which ALSO gives me ideas and have invested here a bit too, but like many of us the learning curve is huge and it is different in many ways, but as they say here same, same but different. 

How much time do you want to put into this including learning, traveling, managing etc.?

That's a big, big area, @Jamal Massengale, and no contractors I know would be willing to travel that long of a distance unless it was a major project.Do you have a project ready to go, or are you "building your team?"

@Chase Gu not yet  - I used to travel there for work a fair amount but I'm still in the exploratory phase right now. 

And you are not including your travel expenses at least once a year in your calculations You will need to scale up quickly in OOS investing to make the retirement model work for you
