We think we are at an inflection point in the vacation condo market in some high traffic tourist zones.

Last time I looked it was $250,000, but it might have gone up since then.Even if it is not your business that applies for a visa for you, you can not get a worker's visa unless you have job skills that are not available in the USA.You could probably get a tourist visa which says you can not work in the USA, but if you leave your e-business registered in Canada with Canadian addresses, that wouldn't count as working in the USA.And how about your boyfriend?

If I were renting your place I would want it near other tourist draws like Fredericksburg wineries and shopping or the Guadalupe river or a ranch that does guided trail rides. 

Want to expand on this but am playing tourist on the North Shore.  

What were the numbers on the deal and is it in a tourist visited area?

Also, as stated earlier, usually two cruise ships a week come and go from here which brings in many tourist a day or two before departure to add revenue to the local businesses.

We've had 6 guest, 5 traveling tourist and one guest who booked for 2 months while they were waiting for their new condo to be completed.

There are many regions where your criteria could fit, just have in mind the differences in regulations per region to request a tourist license when the property still doesn't have it.
