@Warren Wolfe  I think your tenant misinterpreted your Governor's executive order: Quote: "No residential eviction proceedings or foreclosure actions may be initiated during the public health emergency.NOTE: This does not relieve the individual of obligations to pay rent or mortgage payments."

One big health care place here is hiring all positions, not just nurses, as home health care is no doubt going up in use.
