Secured a lot of seed capital funding?

I have no experience with seed capital crowdfunding, though I hear great things and many success stories among some younger colleagues.

Just planting seeds and developing a track record.

I read an interesting post on driving for dollars and I think so far that it's the best way to plant the seeds necessary to succeed in wholesales. 

Over the past week, we had landscapers working on the yard -- we had all the sprinklers dug up and replaced, they leveled the lawn and then matched seeds to the current grass to help the lawn regenerate.

What has changed - The desire to grow and increase the portfolio of properties quicker as such wanted to raise more capital by refinancing plus using seed money to purchase a 2nd, 3rd etc..Agree - ran some preliminary numbers it makes sense to refinance.

$100k is nice starting seed, so protect it now and watch it multiply later!  

If it were my rental I would take care of the landscaping repair (prop just needs some fill dirt and re-seeding) and tell them thanks for the heads up.

I think of it as getting back the seed corn. 

The seeds of vacation rentals may have come from a Bp guest.
