The city itself has a higher than average crime rate according to neighborhood scout.

No more "fast casual" or Chik Fil A for dinner on the way home from Lowes...3) I'm currently scouting real estate in Gainesville, FL - a college town with plenty of knowledgeable people who would love to earn extra money by working a couple of extra hours a day. 

Just scout for the right deals and load up the truck.

Neighborhood Scout has it listed as a "Blue Chip" neighborhood, which is its best ranking.

I'm looking at the foreclosure list in San Antonio for next month to scout for deals. 

I became an Eagle Scout at age 16, graduated from Northeastern University in 2007 and rode my bicycle across the country after graduating (4,905 miles, Boston to San Fran).I certainly saw some good and bad houses.
