Just getting outside to walk around and hit some crappy golf shots helps us enjoy some time off and relax.

Is there anyonehere with experience in renting-by-the-bedroom or basement LEGALLY that canenlighten me on a cost-effective way of doing it or cities in Canada that havemore relaxed laws that won't need you to break the bank to be according to thebuilding code of the city.

actually I found it to be the other way around , there're more bank offering residential rental HELOC these days....the silicon valley bank debacle only affect commercial lending, residential is actually getting more relaxed per-se

Always replace with new where you can, always have store muscle haul the appliance to its designated place and haul the old one away.

You just pour then brush to spread over site, no muscle, just spread.

I know when we rented we preferred when the home felt relaxed, clean and planned out rather than a hodge podge of grandma's handmedown furniture. 

I will try to relax and let this play out.

But yea I’ll be leaving the city to go relax with my kids some day soon and do work here and there as I see fit, maybe open a food truck or a cafe, spend time with the parents and help them out with projects. and continue my real estate thing. it started with a condemned duplex and has turned into 8 LTRs and a STR. 

and enough pots pans and eating stuff to last 8 days, or would you need maid service more often.If the sink has a hand held squirt nozzle and a soap filled sponge wand it's easier than doing dishes by hand.The maid could change the sheets and towels, vacuum, cleanse the kitchen NSF sanitary (including the fridge), take the garbage to the curb, put down some carpet fresh, etc...Let the boys divvy up grass, snow shoveling and who makes the pot roast, carrots and potatoes for that night (that's a real muscle building meal).If you do go with a maid, it might be wise to pick one they won't be hitting on all the time, to ensure she is there to get her work done vs etc...

We normally charge 1/2 months rent and 10% to manage the property, so, its better to just have a company like ours manage the property and you can sit back and relax.
