It sounds like you are a relative newcomer to investing, and are being misled by an agent that has no business whatsoever to be encouraging you to tell what is basically a lie, and put yourself in a position where you might be found guilty of loan fraud.

You could simply not file your LLC but if you were sued over your property they could just serve the secretary of state not you, or they might not let you file anything but a defensive pleading.
