The dryers are electric, so I was going to update them to gas, however, I wanted to get some recommendations on a new set to buy.

My goal is to start renovating and fix and flips I just have credit challenges, I'm willing to put the deed up to start renovations or partner with anyone that's familiar with the oil and gas industry.

I'm saving about 30% of my full-time job income (which should bump to almost 50% in a few months) and hustling around as a rideshare driver, but I'd really like the opportunity to continue earning money without the added costs of gas, car maintenance, etc.Does anyone have suggestions or advice for a newbie investor on becoming a virtual assistant?

Does a 4% drop in the market indicate that this virus is going to shut down the global economy as falling gas prices would suggest?

Another of the detractors is the gas furnace in the corner of the living room (there is a minimal basement and mostly just a crawl space). 

Being built in the 1890's means that ALL systems in the home have surpassed a useful lifespan and it's not uncommon to see some of these historic homes still hanging onto their "firsts", especially in windows, gas lines, HVAC ducting (which would have been added much later than the original construction date), etc. 

I contribute 22% into my company 401k, and after taxes and contributions, I am able to handle all of my monthly expenses (car payment, insurance, phone, gas, student loans, etc.) and still save about $1,000 per month.
