I grabbed the door mat (which I provide to reduce tracking of dirt into the house and also use to screen tenants to see if they wipe their feet before entering for a showing) and suggested they use that to slide the TV.

I hate that I have to hover my mouse to go into categories.I agree with everyone that is saying the Newbies posting the same topics over and over: What accounting software, what property management software, how do I wholesale, do I setup an LLC, I am new so I am looking for a mentor, and so on.
