Hi Everyone,My husband owns a handyman business and in the last week we have gotten text messages (which are not uncommon for our customers), however the 3 texts I am referring to are scams and I just wanted to share with other contractors so that you are aware.Each of the 3 texts started out asking about a specific service our company offers such as one was hardwood floor install, and the third pressure washing, don't remember what the second one was without looking.The first one gave me a red flag when I asked where they found out about our company when they gave me a website our company is not listed on, but I played along to see where they were going with this.

File the papers to pressure them, but immediately make an offer to the tenant that if they move and you'll drop the whole thing.

We call the contractor and he says he will come out and look tomorrow.When he comes, the boiler is cracked, he said a build up of black sludge caused too much pressure in the system and that now I need a new boiler. 

One thing I will throw out there in general is be careful of the high pressure of setting high goals.

Or could build out a deck more (pressure treated wood) to use up some of the space

I know on a purchase sometimes insurance will ask that the heater be pressure tested to make sure there is not big risk of a CO2 problem.

And it's not high pressure, but very laid back.

I have a sewer drain line that separated when we lifted the foundation on our SFR causing the sewer lines to fail the hydrostatic pressure test and I'm getting bids to fix it.
