Real estate is a little counter intuitive when it comes to risk and price; the cheaper the more risk usually.

Intuitively, it seems like I should only pay taxes on $5 each month.

Being able to know a deal is intuitive, some have it some don’t.

Good job asking questions before doing anything, making good decisions for credit scores is often counter-intuitive to what we might think is common sense financially.
