I need to clean a duplex and it isn't too bad but starting to look dirty.I am hoping there is a easy way to just use a cleaner and the pressure washer so I don't have to scrub it all down.I was thinking about trying the house siding version of Krud Kutter or Simple Green if anyone has advice there.

Averaged a 120% return but you have to keep it working and even if you don't it is a much better return then a bank gives.Quickest way to double your money is options on something somebody is willing to pay more for, the leverage allows 100% plus on your money but it is usually on many smaller deals to sustain it.The Las Vegas method, saw a couple of guys trying to impress as high rollers, one would bet black big, the other red, and then they sadly discovered there was also green.

Check with your building regs department and see if it is available to build on, some or most or all of it could be limited as green space, water retention, flood plain or other issues as it is built up all around the subject property.If it is available, you said it could be obtained cheaply, how would you know that....is it listed?
