It's a bit of a hike for me, and my schedule may not allow for it, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to throw my name in the hat as a possibility. 

I think I would put my Tenant hat on and walk in their shoes to investigate how you would be able to make it work. 

Hat also needs to be taken with a grain of salt but is helpful as people with not as much credit get lower scores but may be more qualified

I love my military tenants because they are trained in their service to work hard and usually do things the right way but they always let me know ahead of time that they could be redeployed at the drop of a hat or not get their compensation on time...if they are redeployed we are not allowed to charge them for breaking the lease so I also give leeway on gov't payment delays...just my way of doing business!

Lastly, you really only will want to wear one hat.

@Tobias StollNein, ich hab gesagt dass die Optionen die mir präsentiert wurden und die ich in meinem ersten post erwähnt hab für diesen Investor nicht klappen. :) Dass ich aber davon gehört hab dass er potenziell einen non-resident private mortgage loan bekommen kann.
