And comparing Worcester to other cities of similar size, (Hartford, Springfield, Providence) and even smaller cities (Lawrence, Fall River, New Bedford, Brockton) you will see that overall crime rates are low. 

Your current LLC falls more into the Real Category while Airbnb deals more with Hospitality.

If they are a crime victim they should also go to their local police department's financial crimes unit, contact financial crimes where the fraud is based and call or go into their local FBI office and ask to speak to the duty agent.
