After these folks move out - if you don't want to be responsible for maintaining the appliances - move appliances out of unit.

However, there is a backlog getting someone to do the certification (i guess because a lot of folks are trying to get it done).

dont know fairmont but do know visio as they have made loans to folks that bought property from me so I know they fund and thats a big deal to me as a seller.
