Any experience with common brands and which have a strong locking mechanism? 

I've read much about that but there is a lot of interest from other parties in this property and we wanted to make the strongest offer possible with the least amount of financing hoops to jump through to lock it up.

At this point you would change the locks, survey the property for damages and work to be done for rent ready.

Looking for some friendly advice to get a new Realtor who is HUNGRY for business regularly locking down clients and get me out of my full time job ASAP.

Also my caps lock is acting up on my keyboard.

If you're contracting to purchase properties without the "intent and ability" to close, and your only intention is to "lock it up" and try to sell it to an end buyer before closing, or use contract clauses to walk away...

He just renovated a single wide, put washer and dryer room right in the middle with separate door with locks and is renting the place out like a duplex!!  

They make you feel all warm and fuzzy that your have a tenant "locked in"... you don't.

However, they have only showed it 3 times in 6 weeks. today I went to get a key to show it my self and they said they were going to get a lock box "so people could self show" but all their lock boxes were being used. 

Make sure the end game is locked in before proceeding.
