In reality foundation issues are not the biggest threat to your home unless you live in a very non-DFW scenario (think mountain-side, sandy soil, or extremely bad drainage, etc.)

1) Hold out for 30 more days, and take the cat to an animal shelter. 2) Bargain with scammer to sign off on the trash in exchange for the cat. 3) Transfer trash to some other storage area, and take the cat to an animal shelter.I'm sure you weren't serious about that threat, but if you are it would be something you would regret.

Once you have that property's potential insurance price then you can use it for the same properties in the area barring there is any wild land fire threat, or any other hazards that they would create an increase in insurance prices.
