I want to continue renting it out, does anyone have a lease agreement for renting out a garage?!

We are analyzing a potential property as a short to medium-term rental and are struggling to pick a vacancy rate figure.

In Jacksonville, the market continues to be strong in 2024, with some cooling off after surging activities of previous years.

I suspect that the returns from the best GP will continue to outperform other options that are as passive. 

Of course it would vary depending on the property.I'd love to continue to invest in the Madison area as I've worked in the industry here for over 5 years.

With regard to the contractor, you want to give proper notice for when the contractor will come to do work and that depends on your state's laws and also your lease.If you give proper notice and the tenant refuses entry, then I would talk to the tenant and explain to them that they are violating the lease and could be evicted if this continues.

You get to keep the rental income, continue building equity, and the money from the refinance isn’t taxed since it’s considered a loan, not income.
