We were contemplating a mortgage broker but we’ve just spent weeks getting CU everything they’ve been looking for, now this.... plus the appraisal is $600 and only good for the CU so we’d have to pay it again with another bank.

Any advice is greatly appreciated and if there is a better solution that what we're contemplating, we'd love to hear it.Thank you,Cameron
