She came back the next day with a copy of her lease that looked exactly like my copy except for a handwritten note saying she paid last month's rent. the note was written neatly but the seller has extremely shaky and almost illegible handwriting so I told her it looked fraudulent.

In the Florida bill, there is one paragraph that says (line 394 ) "False or fraudulent proof of need for an emotional support animal.

Any unique strategy that you would come up with here to get required downpayment funds back to you before closing title, or any other time for that matter would be..... let's say "not allowed", ie- potentially fraudulent.
