Hi Nova Scotia Bigger Pockets Members, 

I'm curious to see what everyone is interested in these days with the market.  Has anyone made any pivots to combat the challeging market?

For myself and my group, we started out with house flipping - 3rd one coming up in a month - woo! We found private sale deals and private lending have been the way to go.  Recently, we've pivoted to multifamily for the long term wealth and have some good traction in a short period of time. We currently have two 8plexes under contract and a 12 unit coming soon.
