Hi Araz,Welcome to BP, this is a great website and resource for all types of real estate investing.I always recommend these 3 things to people beginning in Real Estate Investing:1) Do a lot of research here2) Do not spend a lot of money with coaches, it would be much better to put that money to work and learn from experience, I'm not against coaches or education, but you need to be careful as there are some that are really bad3) There are many real estate clubs out there, visit them, select your favorites and meet other investors working your area.

I could also pick up coaching opportunities.OTH, if all I had was fluff and puff I might consider just blasting in on sites with my self procalimed expertise and make my pitch keeping my fingers crossed that the law or large numbers would work in my favor.I'm a hard one to impress and claiming to have had conversations with anyone other than Jesus in person won't impress me and that will be a hard one to prove.

Get in the game and do the play...that is what a coach in sports would say. While I work as a mental health counselor I use stress management on myself, LOL; the landing pages are your salespeople where a potential investor can receive everything from you...while building a relationship....this sets you apart as being perceived as either a beginner or a  pro...I became a pro for the "clout" for support from other member (just like you are receiving from little-o-me a quite, reserved man that now has to become aggressive and even hard-nosed since you will receive more of these...np then yeses.
