Hello,

My name is Kevin. I am currently active duty Army with 5 years till retirement. I am interested in "Flipping & Wholesaling" in my local area. I have some rental real estate experience but my goal is to learn as much as I possibly can. I also have a considerable amount of construction experience and still own all my tools and equipment which should serve me well in this endeavor.

I would like to start flipping slowly and gradually build up from there.
