I personally love renting out townhomes because they are lower risk - the HOA maintains the lawn and exterior(i.e. roof/gutters/siding).

I'm sure we will have a deal in the next few days.The reason I share this is to remind us no matter how charming our partners come off ALWAYS have a 3rd party attorney write up very clear partnership agreements to help prevent things like this from happening.

I also love real estate and read many books on it before I bought my first home. 

You ARE allowed to say, "One of a Kind Type of Property"...or "Unique Charm is in this House"......You are NOT allowed to say "One of a kind Property that only the LGBTQ Community can appreciate!"
