It’s astounding what a year of no snow and super pleasant winters can do to your mind :)My background is in corporate finance – complex financial modeling, valuation and strategic planning i.e. good at all things analytical and do that for a living.

I have strong research, analytical, sales, business planning and negotiation skills.

In addition what analytical tools can be used within the jersey city market to reassure that a home is priced right or below market value, as I am having a difficult time finding comps on Zillow.

Roofstock functions as a marketplace and provides homes (from REO and REITs from all over the US) to investors with 3D Tours, analytics of the market and home, diligence reports (including property valuations and inspections), and referrals to property managers and financing agents.  

The real benefit from being licensed in that role is access to the MLS and other great analytic, research, lead gen, etc. tools.My brokerage allows me 3 sides per year where they take no split, but there are almost as many business models as they are brokers.    

So, now I am focusing my analytical skills on real estate investing.

I have purchased properties using "drug dealer math" in the past and the deep analytical side has never been my strong suite. 

I'm definitely the analytical type so I plan on doing tons of research on here.
