Hello,I have a couple rental properties that have mini-split ductless AC units installed in them in multiple rooms and although they were sold as being, newer technology with better efficiency and energy savings, I don't have any experience on how they hold up for other land lords and tenants over several years. 

The tenants are back able to flush .This week I will rent a mini ex , have the plumber pull a permit and install new drain field .

If not possible I would have to wait to get into the short-term game seeing that I don't know anyone down there and would have to find a trustworthy mini team to help me do so.

I am looking into getting three heads for "ductless mini split" for the back house of the duplex (one head for each room). 

Where I live, it is cheaper to heat with propane than with electric.But if you must go electric, I would look at the Mini-split systems from companies like Mitsubishi.
