Anyway, the 2 primary options I would explore (not legal advice, KT, SB and the legal advice police) personally, if it were me, in my area - would be to buy it after the foreclosure (which has the advantage of a clear title minus tax and utility liens) maybe through a 203k loan like Steven J., there are probably better opportunities out there.
