I tried to go to your link but page came up saying Not Authorised.

The title company did not see that the money was being held in the treasurers office account ( they haven't applied it towards the current tax year yet ), so it was not reflected on the closing documents.  

Could someone tell me how to decipher this code so I can find the treasure of One Eyed Willie please.Thank you so much..

I used to check through Tax Office/Treasure's or assessor's office.

P.S not in war zones, not in shady areas and sometimes I do invest in war zones but I do it b/c I know one mans trash is another man's treasure!
