Got the pre-fab granite slabs for $150 each at Floor&Decor, $300 total for the kitchen.

i went to Floor and Decor store and scratched their expensive vinyl plank with a sharp object, and they all scratched.The only thing that didn't scratch was ceramic/porcelain tile.

It is very difficult to choose best home decors for our new house.

That means that not only does the house show well but it's got the normal features expected for its market; garage door opener, high efficiency HVAC, solar reflective window screens, attractive landscaping, good quality appliances and fixtures, nice decor touches.The best thing I ever did for keeping tenants longer was to require a minimum two year lease going in.
