I can tell you that I never had any problems with tenants from any Asian country.  

My tenants are both female, and they are friends.  

She will never stay in law school, and so she'll lose her funding.And once the BF/fiance moves in, he's a tenant who also has to be kicked out.I had a female law student whose "fiance" moved in, and he just sat round in the apartment playing videos all day long.  

Turns out it's a South Asian tenant, whose wife likes to home cook, frequently making lentil soup.

Is it the male or the female making the money?  

I had to do an eviction on a female my parents had helped out by allowing them to move into their unused 2nd story.
