Currently I am on the hunt to find and BRRRR a property 100% virtually.

Virtually everything is SFH or 300 to 1500 unit complex owned by Lucy Billingsley-Crow or United Dominion Realty.

There are virtually no loan options for this.

Look for meetups in your area (virtual) on Meetup.com or FB Groups, attend free webinars, start reading as much as possible on any and all topics related to investing and real estate.

I don't know how to go about finding those that are out there, I've seen plenty of the larger meet ups or virtual networking groups but its usually 15+ people. 

This has been a requirement for decades and is required of virtually all paying entities, even insurance companies paying a claim.I'm not offering tax advice as I'm not a professional.

We have a ways to go before virtual learning becomes a positive step forward...if ever. 

I know its not the best way to go as an investment but, would it be better to get a property now with a virtually interest free loan (interest is paid back into account) that will be paid back in 5 years.
