I am not an economist by any means and don't play one on TV... but I agree Markets and economies are always in motion up down a little sideways.I just don't see the point of sitting on the sidelines right now.. awaiting a RE crash.. at least not in many markets.fundamentals of the last 10 years of buyers to me indicated an ability to weather the storm well and not panic sell like happened in09 to 2011.1. too much real estate owned free and clear2. literally millions of loans out there will rates from high 2's to 4% payment less than rent3.
